A copy of the invoice will need to be included with the return.
There is a 25% restocking fee charged against all returned parts.
Parts under $8.00 are not returnable.
Orders placed without a provided VIN are not returnable.
Parts must be resellable and in the original packaging.
We cannot take back used parts.
We cannot take back installed or tried parts.
Electrical parts are not returnable.
If the part number label is damaged or missing, returns will not be accepted.
We do reserve the right to refuse and return any parts we find have been installed, are used, or do not meet the above criteria.
Return requests need to be within 30 days of receipt.
Normally, it takes 5-10 business days to process returns
To receive credit for the core charge, the part must be sent back to your supplier in the original box, must be an original Mercedes-Benz part, and no external damage to the housing/part. A refund will be applied after we have received and inspected the core.
Cancellation Policy
An order or a portion of an order may be canceled up until the time it is shipped and no longer in our possession.
If the canceled part was special ordered from the manufacturer a return fee of 25% may apply.
